A temperature-contolled sterilization process offered by E-BEAM Services, Inc. provides anti-microbial protection for pharmaceutical sterilization, medical device sterilization, foods, and other products that contain heat sensitive ingredients.
The ebeam sterilization process offers a fast, thorough treatment in which products are removed from cold storage for only a short period of time. A fast on/off electron-beam curtain of electrons sterilizes the packaged product as it moves through the chamber. There is no quarantine or dwell time required, and the product is immediately put back into cold storage after sterilization.
E-BEAM Services has available shared, on-site refrigeration, or the customer may provide his own refrigerator.
Pilot test programs can be arranged to evaluate how E-BEAM's controlled temperature sterilization process will work on a specific product.
