E-BEAM BIO-REDUCTION OF NON-WOVENS MAINTAINS PRODUCT INTEGRITY WITHOUT TREATMENT OR PRESERVATIVE CHEMICALS

A non-chemical process for the bio-reduction and sterilization of non-wovens is provided by E-BEAM Services, Inc. to permit manufacturers, packagers, and distributors of wet and dry non-woven sanitary products to assure and preserve product integrity without the use of alcohol or other stabilizing chemical additives.

In place of a preliminary chemical treatment that may add unwanted trace residue, the e-beam process uses an environmentally responsible sterilization process that passes high energy through the packaged non-woven product.

E-Beam treatment is suitable for clean room wipes, surgical gowns, first-aid preparations, personal care, beauty products, diapers, and other sanitary non-woven products.
